Tout véhicule faisant l’objet de modifications sans contrôle et/ou approbation des autorités compétentes (expertise), a l’interdiction de circuler sur la voie publique et est réservé exclusivement à un usage (notamment sur circuit, lors de compétitions, ou de manifestations) hors de la voie publique.
